This home is the ultimate fixer upper. It is huge. It was a magnificent large stately home in past years. It has been about 20 years since anyone lived in it. It was built about 100 years ago. The lot is to be surveyed (buyers' expense) out of the 39-acre farm field. It will be an acre deep (209 ft) and have 260 ft on the paved road. This is not a quick fix fixer upper, however, due to the large square footage and high ceilings and true CHARACTER of a fine-fine older home there is plenty of upside $$$ on a fixer upper flip. OR: no doubt it will make a super fine large home for some family once the renovations are complete! One consideration for the renovation would be to turn it into a duplex because there is plenty of inside square footage to do so.
